Travel Alberta welcomes you to use the e-Postcard Program, but is important that you take a moment to read the information below. Your use of the e-Postcard Program, means your acceptance of the following terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms of use, you should not use the e-Postcard Program. Please note that the terms of your use of the e-Postcard Program may change from time to time and it is your responsibility check for such updates.

You agree to use the e-Postcard Program only for the purposes of sending friendly greetings to others. You agree to not use GreatAlbertaGatherings.com to upload, post, email, send by e-card, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

Your e-postcard messages are considered confidential and are reasonably securely protected. However, Travel Alberta does not warrant that GreatAlbertaGatherings.com will be error-free nor that this Great Alberta Gatherings.com will operate without interruption. Furthermore, Travel Alberta reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site. Travel Alberta will have no legal liability for such disclosures and Travel Alberta reserves the right to deny you access to use GreatAlbertaGathers.com if you do not comply with the terms of this legal notice.

Travel Alberta's e-Postcard program has been developed in accordance with section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act. The information that you provide in the above fields will be used only to facilitate the email communication as you have indicated and will be protected by the privacy provisions of the FOIP Act.
